Example: if rates are trending down, send a quick note about what that could mean for buyers and sellers in today’s market. That feels helpful, not salesy.
2. Mix up the channels. Not everyone wants another email. Some people will respond to a quick text. Others engage on social. Some appreciate a handwritten note when it matters.
Use your CRM to track what works for each person so your outreach feels personal, not random.
3. Be consistent, not overbearing. You don’t need to reach out every week. You need a steady rhythm you can keep. Monthly. Every other month. Quarterly.
A simple check-in works when it is real. “Hey, I saw this and thought of you.” “Hope you’re doing well.” “If you need anything real estate-related, we’re here.” That’s enough to keep the relationship warm without making it awkward.
